Is it possible to make this mod compatible with Third Odyssey with a patch? I tried manually editing files but cant get goverment reforms to work as they should and i am incapable of editing dds files for religions(any tips on that?)

How I can lose the modifier early Tilebinde Settlement? I dont get any events and missions to lose it

Almost compatible with Third Odyssey. (I tried.)
Honestly, you and the Third Odyssey team should talk about merging your mods or making them more compatible, because they work well together. (Honestly, South Elysia was boring as hell, but with Tilebindu, it's 1k times more interesting.)
