Only reason is cause it makes it look like it needs EVERYTHING, so people won't use it as often cause not all players have EVERYTHING

Cause listing them all is a bit excessive.

Looks to me like it's just Expeditionary and SOG.
If it needs all of it, remove stuff till it's like, just 2 or 3. Cause this list is just silly
