are there any other translations for this mod? bc i really like it, but i guess it wouldnt really work if i played the game in any other language than english

That is strange. Have you tried to re install ? My best guess is that a mod that adds an item or alters an item could be the culprit. But not sure...

I am not sure why but as of about a week or two ago some of the categorizations no longer show up on potions and foods. If anyone can figure out what is conflicting with it please post here so we can the necessary actions to fix or remove the offending mods.Because the rest of the categories seem to be fine I can only assume something else is messing with the mods functionality.

I don't get it then. Potions weren't properly categorized before the update, they are now. Food was already categorized before. Everything seems to be okay with the mod as of now. So, might be an issue with your game/save or conflict with any other mod. I have no idea.

Sorry to report, but I don't see any changes made to any food items in inventory (food, potions and poisons). I loaded the game up without Sorta and then with Sorta, and all food items seem to be named the same as the default game.

Food/potions appear to be named back to as originally in game (i.e. Henry's potions are alphabetically listed together as "Henry's" and not sorted by the potion type).

At the moment this mod is english only. But you are free to translate it, if you wish o/

I somehow make it worked, thank you! Now I'm trying to categorize other stuff like blacksmithing materials, miscellaneous items as well. I want to send it to you when it's done, maybe for another variant from your mod if you liked :D

To edit the values, you can just use notepad+++. I wouldn't recommend to edit it directly from the .7z file. Extract it instead, use notepad and then use a .pak program to pak everything, that is how I do it at least.

I've tried editing. after opened .pak with 7-Zip File Manager, can I edit and save from it directly? After doing that it's not working, the text reversed to game's original format. Do I need some text editing program that is not the base computer notepad? I probably did smth wrong.

"[Sword I - Hunting Poacher's" is incorrectly marked as a sword; it should be a misc item

"Smooth cuirass - blackened" is missing the bracket tag in front to make it alphabetize properly for some reason, but was still renamed by the mod

"[Sketch - Sword II] ommon" is missing the "C" in "common"

For some reason "noble gambeson" now reads "worn gambeson"

Reverted to the original version, for now

Unfortunately, nothing has changed for me. Items are still sorted by their original names. Is there anything I can do on my end to repair/fix this? Thanks for any help!

Hopefully it is fixed now.

As of today, all inventory items are back to being named/sorted as originally with KCD2, without Sorta for me. I have disabled Sorta, restarted the game, then re-enabled it and restarted again. That did not fix the issue.

Any idea how I can get things back to being renamed so they are sorted so much nicer?

I did verify the integrity of the game files on Steam and use Modlist Cleaner on my last few saves, as I was having trouble with crashing (this fixed my crashing issues):

The description reads "all items renamed". You may want to consider updating that.

There are certain items that I don't think there is a need for a modification. This is a very basic sorting mod, which only alters the name of items I deemed necessary.

How come if you don't mind me asking?

It is on purpose that those items were "missed".

Great mod, but doesn't work for some items. Soft Boots, Falchion, Voulge, Handsome Charlies Hat, Chamberlains Ring...

This may not be the most exciting of mods, but it is a huge quality of life change. Thank you for making this

A much-needed mod, thank you. There are still a few items that need attention, but otherwise it works well. I'm not sure it's do-able but the one thing I'd like to see is Armour grouped into matching sets instead of having to try and find matching items on each page.
