Also I found out today that it could also be caused by other bones having weight paint on the arms. For me it was the Spine4 and Clavicle bones that caused the arms to stretch and erasing the weight paint from them fixed it but it can also be a combination of my other comment too.

If the problem you're talking about in the description is about the very end of the c_arms being stretched out, you can fix it by changing the weight paint. If I remember right this happens because the end of the arms aren't weight painted so all you have to do is just paint that part.

@Godzillaman Probably. But I don't feel I want to. Hugo Vlad is terrible character for me. Plus, HoYo are currently fixing his model, so I think it would be better to wait for official port.
