546560 is HLA's appID
To find the addon you're looking for, there are publish_data.txt's alongside each addon's VPK. I usually use file explorer's search and search for the name of the addon to find it, since you can make it search file contents.

you should be able to extract the files from the addon vpk using Source 2 Viewer. I might create a public github repo at some point though
