I might not be able to code "for toffee", but I think its safe to say that I think that that there are probably some sort of "coding bugs" that were missed before this map was uploaded to the Workshop (which is probaly what is causing this map to crash the game (

I have a theory on the "How" but not the Who concerning the DMCAs,
How: Through cross referencing information I got from documentaries concerning the "TF2 bot-crises" with the pattern of which mods got fake DMCA take downs figured out that the person that is behind them is using some sort of A.I.Bot-net and is probably"spoofing" Nintendo's I.P.
As for the Who, it might be a "revel" company or a "disgruntled" former employee with a legal "axe" to grind.
there also is no actual good proof to show that a "Arron Peters" did it either (if you're gonna do false DMCA flags why would you tell others your name)
