This is awesome, a Don't Starve Together mod for my favorite Genshin Impact character?
Can the values for her traits and vision be modified in the mod config?

The whole kit looks a bit overpowered to me (which is fine for mods), but if you're open to suggestions for balancing and features, I have some opinions and ideas:

- Shield HP: 200 >> 100 HP
- Shield Duration: 12s >> 6s
- Shield Healing: 5% max HP >> Flat 2 HP
- The Shield should also heal nearby ally players
- New Effect: If a nearby ally player falls below 30% health, create a shield on them
with 100 HP and 6s duration (60s cooldown)

Shield nerf so players can't cheese battles as easily by running away until cooldown ends. Current Noelle can negate damage while healing 5.5 per hit on average, which is a lot. I think healing an ally would give Noelle a unique supporter role, and make up for the healing reduction. The shield for allies is based on her Devotion passive from Genshin and improves her support abilities.
