For elementary schools, I created "Elementary Schoolyard" assets which you can plop next to a school to add detail:

I love these detailed houses. There's a creator here named JSF-1 who does fire stations, police stations and schools, all based on real-life (or "styled" on) examples from Toronto, Canada. All of them are wonderful, but they don't detail most of the schools. I don't know why. They'd make for a really great project for someone. Just not me, as I've tried . . . and I'm terrible at it. You should take a look; just search for "toronto school".

District Style Plus (just checked). I have been using it a few months with no problems but slow to add the first asset in a collection. It speeds up once it adds that first one, though.
