Make sure the load order is correct, as if you put the original LeCrazyy's Talent Rework above the patch it will take priority and return them to vanilla + reload instead of EHA.

After inserting the ammo on my end it takes a few seconds to allow firing

Just tested and they are working fine on my end. This only changes surplus items which is the renamed vanilla ones.
