Will you make a version with default sounds and will you change the smg shell ejection to the assault rifle one because of the new update to the vanilla viewmodel

i think it would be nice to have a seperate version of this addon that didnt replace the weapon models so you could still install weapon model replacements if you wanted to and still have the re-animations

I made a fixed version of this addon,it fixes the toolgun animations so it can work in multiplayer https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3483201348 (also removed the hl2 rtx weapons firing sounds so you can install custom firing sounds)

I once made a mod for weapon animations from half life 2 rtx (and in general I was a pioneer) and finally someone managed to port animations to :gmod:mod

well i didn't make the models, just wanted to mention that I animated most of the weapons in hl2 rtx since its not really mentioned anywhere

this is neat but like was the sv_defaultdeployspeed 1.5 intentional (i had my autoexec cfg set to 1 but this defaults it to 1.5 everytime)

hey there I'm one of the animators on HL2 RTX. the animations I've made are the crowbar, gravitygun, pistol, smg, crossbow, grenade and RPG. as for the other weapons like the shotgun, ar2, bugbait, those were made by Radpas. The Revolver was a collaboration of both of us.

I love this addon! Some of the animations don't work properly on servers without the addon installed (the .qc files dont match the default [sequence] order of Gmod) but I've only noticed it on the AR2's reload and... maybe the shotgun firing? I can't quite tell

actually the SMG has some missing geometry on it's that's very visible especially during reloading, under the sight as well, under the gun itself and in the middle.

sorry if I'm talking too much xd just want to point out issues

if you find the rtx models pls put them in another addon, I like the vanilla models with these anims

one last issue you can see the top of the SMG's sight while reloading which also has missing geometry.
