They can be unlocked with the Paranapaicaba Steel Mill easter egg. You can find guides for it on YouTube.

in Weka Pass the easter egg involving the weed sends you to "apple map" (which is like an old western map) for some reason, the whole map is basically just one prop and its multi paintable too.

Update: I'm a little late on saying this, but I am indeed planning to add all of the hidden props from the Sierra Logging layout. I had some computer troubles that set me behind, but the problems are on the way to being fixed now.

I am aware that's where the bunny is originally from, but what I don't know is how it is obtained within Rolling Line. It's in my unlocks drawer but I can't remember how I got it there.

This map is only props, not trains. I'm thinking about making an all hidden trains map, but it's been difficult to actually collect all of them.

I would, but if I'm not mistaken, that prop is hard-coded to the map and cannot be moved. Same thing is true for the album cover prop on Weka Pass. It seems that easter egg props that involve spawning in new objects can't be moved/removed.
