the items actually do get better as your progress in the game, the burswick armor in particular gets better after a certain level, idk which one

it changes back when i unsubscribe and then when I re-subscribe it is back to the "warhorse"

Seems like your mod is switching the Cutpurse's pourpoint to the Warhorse when entering it in dev mode.

Also, does this mod currently work with 1.2.2? or do I need to launch in admin mode for it to work?

You can now purchase the Brunswick armor DLC for 5 dollars, and it DOES still activate the quest even if you've gone to kuttenberg region. Just go to the carriage driver on the north side of the road west of suchdol to return to trosky. You will see the purple quest icon with the scribe in troskovitz.

No it doesn't not unlock them, you can easily do it by activating dev mode in Steam.
Add this command in the game parameters in steam : -devmode
And then you can add them to your inventory with this console command : wh_cheat_additem ItemID

does this unlock the rewards if you missed them?
