Oh my god, if there is required content, USE THE REQUIRED CONTENT MENU. Stop putting in the description, just use the menu SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR REQUIRED CONTENT.

Do you have the Photon Emergency Lighting System addon installed? If not, install it and this car should be under Vehicles > Emergency Vehicles.

That appears on all photon cars, but the blinker/nightlight system isnt usable on this car

Right-click to change siren, and Left Alt to change the light pattern.
