Yeah, c_hands are un-necessary for sweps like this. I'd understand why they'd need it if it was a firearm though, since if people were to try to port them to bases like ArcCW (i'm talking from experience), they'd require c-hands for foregrips and underbarrels to work since they use LHIK. But even then they could just rig it themselves.
