@Pode I kinda assumed the University would be good enough, but actually you're right. i wish i could easily patch it to add the library, but unfortunately, the modding tool is made in such a way that i can't really make a trade culture apply to the Library, and not all of Black scratch. And i tough World's end buying books for the University would be more lore friendly that the whole of Black scratch buying books.
