I've been getting a lot of checksum errors that make the replaced models invisible. It seems to be random which models have issues every time i restart the game. I am using MMod, don't know if that's the issue, other mods have seemed fine. Anyone else having this?

You could try the bionicle replacements I uploaded

okay so everyone's having the crashing issues? weirdd

I'm also experiencing the same issues. Can't load in despite only having the brick-builds. Just the base works fine, and a few of the prop replacements if retroactively spawned into an empty map, but beyond that it just hard crashes.

Maybe try verifying the integrity of your game files? I could be that you've accidentally removed something when modding your instance of HL2

Did you know I compared The Lego Movie's scenes and story line to Half Life 2? Both protagonists where orange, they drive away on a getaway vehicle out of a overtaken city, they both hide in a hidden location with innocent citizens until a dictator's force discovers their hideout that results in destruction, both have citizens rebel against said dictator's army throughout the city, both have the protagonist enter a large black tower getting captured with his friends, and both ended with large black building tops exploded while said protagonists survived with plot armour.

Or is it just me?
