Its working fine now, there were missing textures probably because i got the mod while i was already in gmod so it didnt validate properly or something like that

Because the original mod also didn't had alien blood I think when author makes new blood pools addon there might be alien blood on it

VJ Base uses different NPC base this is probably why it doesn't work
