In what material list they are, as in what smithing perk makes your improvements twice as powerful(steel,elven,ebony)?

no and i asked my older brother and he said that it was in the game in the thives guild quest line!

@don bate They don't need any perks and they should have slightly more armor rating than the default Nightingale Armor.
