Please fix the Shipwrecked volcano. This mod, no matter how much or how little of it you have enabled, makes the shadows for the volcano meteors disappear completely. Those meteors can insta-kill you, so it's important that this is fixed so that many of us can properly use this mod.

@randomeman2468 : I kinda hope not everything will be ported, or if it will it would be another option rather than a replacement. I play Don't Starve for a reason, because its more simple and kind of nostalgic as well compared to Together.

I can vouch the bug that @juanan is facing, I was playing my woodlegs run and the volcano erupted, but I didn't see the falling dragoon eggs, so it made it very tricky to dodge.

because of this bug, it makes dry season way too dangerous, and I will have this mod disabled until it is fixed. (I know appeasing the volcano is also a thing, but its a bit tedious)

other bugs I encountered is the sail stick being invisible and unable to be clicked on if dropped in world (pressing space near it causes the character to pick it up normally), no clue if other items have this same issue, I only noticed the sail stick
twiggy trees sometimes generate "out of bounds", what I mean by this is in SW, they sometimes generate in the water (And I think the caves, but I haven't seen too much to say much about this, so take it with a grain of salt).
Can't say much about twiggies in HAM, not enough playtime there.

The developers wrote that they plan to add the majority of A New Reign content.
Ancient Fuelweaver is likely to be the latest, as it is the latest in the update chain.
So there should still be at least 4-5 updates before it.

@Ekadaule : Thank you, well the textures aren't as big of a problem anyways. Also I tried to make my own mod based on this to try and port the Fuelweaver and its variations to DS, well yeah since i have 0 coding experience I couldn't do it, I only got as far as adding fossils into the game that can be mined from stalagmites. So based on knowing how much time it takes and how hard it is I'm gonna ask this, do you guys plan on adding the animated skeletons in some way to the game?

@baguettesenpaii Happy to hear the mod made it onto your must-have list!

Regarding your feedback: fixing the textures is a bit tricky, I'd have to create lower-resolution versions for every animation, which would be a massive amount of work.

As for the meteor shower, that will be fixed in the next major update. It'll include Asura’s work, which, from my testing, makes the meteor shower behave almost exactly like it does in DST.

Hello, I use this mod as a must have on my Steam Deck world now, but I have some notices.
The textures look too hd for small screens, this is not a big problem it just feels weird compared to official textures. And PLEASE if it's possible change meteor showers. As these aren't officially in the game I build my base next to a mosaic biome. It wouldnt be too big of a problem as the only things there is the cave entrance so no buildings, but i noticed that the meteor shower spawns around YOU and not in the biome, so if I run to my base after caving it just follows me until it ends.

juicy berry sprites are half the height of other items in the inventory. why are they so squashed.

@PootisWizard I'll add that to the list of things to possibly look into. For now, my main focus is making sure the mod works well on its own and adding the remaining missing content. Extra features like that will probably come later down the road.

@krzarb The new cave content will be added if you regenerate them using the Seeds of Ruin, I’ve tested it and it works. For overworld content, though, you’ll most likely need to use console commands to spawn things in manually.

Okay, I made a test world, and GE and ANR crops are completely independent from each other.

That said, because of that, they can't make their crock pot recipes (as in, GE Garlic can't make ANR crock pot recipes that call for garlic, and vice versa).

So it will be a bit annoying that you might not get the right crop for the crock pot, but other then that, I do not see any other issues, and I have no idea if you can make any sort of compatibility with GE.

@Ekadaule Alright, I'll test with Gourmet Extravaganza in my Wilson run and see if I run into any issues, I only ask about it because some of the crops in this mod are also in GE and I have no clue if the mod(s) will override or conflict.

There is a option to turn off the "New Crops!", this also does mean I disable wheat which locks out of some recipes, other then that I don't see any other potential conflicts

If I were to add this mod to an existing save and then use a seed of ruin to regenerate a cave, would content from this mod appear in that cave? Or would I need to rely on console commands?

@PootisWizard I don't think I added the Portable Crock Pot recipe yet. I'll add that to my to-do list for this week. It should just be a matter of including a line of code whenever I introduce a new recipe. As for the moggles refuel issue, I'll add that too. it's probably just a missing tag on the lesser glower berries. No idea for conflict with GE, you're probably gonna have to test it out!

Update to my previous comment, I do NOT play a lot of Warly so I was unaware of the portable crock pot recipes.

But I still wonder if this would conflict with GE.

I noticed the lesser glow berries don't have their moggle refuel function, they also don't have their crock pot recipe (unless intentional to not as conflict with Gourmet Extravaganza)

Speaking of GE, would this mod conflict with GE?

@ognian4 A lot of the missing sounds will be added in the next update. I don’t think I managed to cover absolutely everything yet, but Toadstool’s sounds should be among the ones that are now fixed.

I can advice to work on the sound effects on toadstool.
And also if you want you can put the sporecaps of toadstool to be in the first cave

@ognian4 Thank you! Progress has been a bit slower recently as I've been pretty busy lately with personal stuff, and in my free time I've been playing some of the new game releases, I'm currently playing Clair Obscur Expedition 33.

For the mod, right now I'm focusing on fixing some animation issues in SW (like the meteor). In terms of new content, the Potter's Table is now fully functional, and I've started working on the Shadow Pieces.

@Kamui I haven’t tried it myself yet, but based on my testing with the Ruins seed and my other mod that adds Toadstool to the caves, it should add the new content without any issues. Since it performs a full regeneration of the world, it should also execute the mod generation code properly.

@霜凝之泪 No, it's not intentional. I just published a new version that fixes a crash when going down with the canary, and also fixes the issue where the canary would disappear when returning to the surface. Also, there’s no volatile canary or Misery Toadstool yet, only the regular one for now.
