- Try restarting the map
- Try resubscribing to the mod
- Enable maximum lod settings
- Try rebuilding cubemaps
Btw on your screenshot I see vanilla trees and modded grass, while this mod should change trees and leave the grass alone, so... yeah...

Odd things tend to happen in the episodes when mods are installed via the workshop. Just now I had missing texture bug in ep2, while ep1 and hl2 were completely fine. I tried to remove console line args, start ep2 via steam, resub to the mod, change it's priority and not sure what happened, but now it's fine. You can also try validating game files

Is it connected to this mod ? Or is it a more general thing ? Can you provide a screenshot to illustrate what you mean ?
Tested just now on a clean install, all good. Restarting a map often helps with this problem.
