You will need to download this mod (via crowbar or something) and then add it as new content to all the gameinfo files hl2 has, and then you can use this in hammer.
But warning, the light compiled onto static props like the bunker will be reset for everyone that does not have this same "custom fixed" bunker model.
I don't use beta mods.
Installing mods itself may be easier, but authoring your mods properly just isn't possible via workshop.
if you extract addons from their VPK and carry them over to the original custom folder method like i do you can get a lot more compatibility with mods than the load order gives you, literally pick and choose each individual file.
Personally id recommend more people do this for other HL2 workshop addons, from what ive seen from gmod and l4d2's workshop, all it takes is an insecure author throwing a tantrum and next thing you know all those mods you liked are gone or ruined.
the above method also works for those that want certain aspects of this mod separate, btw.
