There are white line on the car for some reason. Know how to fix?

so for some reason, the vehicle does not exist despite me having it downloaded. on single player servers it doesnt even show up. on multiplayer servers that have it, it has no icon and spawns in as an error.

i have photon installed, but when i use the vcmod cardealer, to import the car (LW Emergency Vehicles// Ford F350 Ambulance Skin9// its not using photon. vcmod els is not installed.

I don't use Photon. I only use VCMod. Is there a way to remove the Photon version of the Ambulance in this addon and make the Photon Ambulance its own addon?

These guys car addons makers don't check PMs and comments and usually abandon all their mods and make new ones instead or don't make anything at all

I've tried to add the ambulance to a car dealer NPC, but i cant seem to find the correct name in order to spawn the Ambulance with the working lights.
