I think Eye of the Storm is heavly bugged. In the codex it's written that it does 600 damage, but in actuality it only deals like 320 (which is crazy low for a move that costs 6 meters)

I might pick him back up if he ever gets updated with some actual balancing. (bit of venting: I love fighting OP broken characters but I'm getting sick of all this brain dead safety. To many characters have omni adjustable attacks with insane reach that will hit stun you into oblivion with every other move covering the other in terms of frames. )

Between all that and prediction constantly lying, it makes it impossible to enjoy the game. I don't care if I lose when I make a bad call but when I read someone perfectly and still get punished its a problem. Cap has a few of these issue with his biggest being the his anchor hitbox while its grounded.

I get ninja caltrops but your telling me I don't know how to run around an Anchor in the ground?

Hey, I found a bug (I think?) with Captain where, if the opponent uses a move that deletes his anchor projectile after he uses Rebound, he's permanently stuck in his Sword mode for the rest of the fight, with no way of recovering the anchor. I have a clip of this exact thing happening against Yharim with his EMP strike.

i cant do anything the second i tap or block from anything including hustlers like ninja robot mutant cowboy and wizard it crashes my game i cleared character cache as well and it still crashed my game
