-Ground Anchor hitbox deactivates when you're getting hit
- Will not reactivate once out of combo
- Ice Breaker Aerial now has slightly reduced XY Momentum

Anchor now gets gravity if out for too long
Walk shouldnt flip lock
Deadman Wave spawns in same directions now and moves slower

- Added someone to the list
- Changed some intro dialogue due to the Captain's request

- Fixed Grab again
- Unable to Yank anchor while blocking
- Shockwave on Dead Man's Wave slightly slower
- Heave Ho IASA 18 to 17

- Fixed Get Up/Tech Roll
- Removed the 1 frame delay from Yank
- Hopefully fixed the whiff grab bug
- Can't Grab after landing grab, making the opponent stuck
- Heave Ho cant interrupt into itself

Known Issues (that I remember):
- DMG numbers need tweaking
- Base roll animation
- Anchor throw playing while also having the anchor out after yanking ground grab
