This is just a simulation game, so you can make whatever weapons you want. haha.
(make up theoretical weapons, like the zumwelt with lasers and railguns and mach 10 missiles. haha)
The Adams-class has a length of 133 metres, the Hobart about 146 metres. The Adams is still longer.
Next to the longer Spruance-class, its beam is 16.8 metres. The Hobart is roughly 18.6 metres, but seemingly the same size as the Spruance's beam in-game.
The Seahawk clips the hangar structure, for another example of the scaling issue.

even when you win, the ai will turn the weapons off. to make a fair fight. a game of it.
You can basically set up 20 iowas 10 miles away from 1 slava, and one of the iowa's will get hit. haha. it is just a game, to gift you a idea of real life. haha.

I've been playing with the VLS system and if you add more than one weapon type, it breaks. It possibly needs a different piece of code for the VLS (there are a few variations). I just don't have time to figure out how to implement them.
I had a quick look at some of the code today (took a few screen shops).
seems pretty simple to modify. Add the torps, - (nulka is secret stuff so nogo), - i would assume each ddg would have 4-8 of tomahawk 109's, most likely 8 of the ship long range ones, NSM, ESSM, and SM 2-6.
It's not possible to be overly accurate, because we tend to keep operational things secret,
4 of each of the tomahawks, 4 NSM, 4 harpoon (LR versions), mix of SM 2-6 (20-30?), ESSM quad pack rest of 48 cells, and 12 torps, MU90. (generally all the European stuff is secret. haha)
It would make the ship more accurate in game, without over balancing it in any one direction.
Unfortunately, my skills are not as good as yours and I cannot figure out how to add more than one missile type to the MK41. It keeps telling me that it's selecting weapon but doesn't actually select one.
Anyway, thank you a lot for making such a beautiful mod. I love the level of detail and once the weapons loadout is finished, it will be a very handy device to have in any fleet.
