I think the fake "engine" stall is a known game bug relate to electric motor physics (which happens when motor RPM reaches zero), it is not a mod issue,I test with previous game version and it worked fine,and under current version other electric mods also can be stalled more or less,even offical FE DLC sometimes(they operate at higher speed so maybe hard to notice)
Besides using "starter" to start motor again,you can just quickly turn your steering wheel from left to right by at least 90 degrees while keep throttle on, and the car will launch again (that is the game bug).
I have noticed that I can stall the motor if I come to a stop with the rear wheels locked. Then I need to use the "starter" but to get going again.
Stall an electric motor ?!?
