Speaking of arms, do you have any plans for the viewmodel hands?

from what I remember I found this model in a file of a bunch of other cs neo models and they were all for goldsrc obviously so then (my memory could be hazey with this part) I decompiled the model with crowbar, renamed all the bones in blender to fit with the valvebiped bones, did some stuff to it in another version of blender that I think was for gmod to not mess up the scale of the model, then I edited some files for it like the qc file and made the really crappy collision model and then I compiled it into gmod and turned all the textures into vtfs

idk if this is the same thing that happened to you but I did run into this thing where when I turned the textures into vtfs they just turned invisible (both the body and the hair) but then I changed the vmt file to say "vertexlitgeneric" and that seemed to work fine

sorry if this didn't really make any sense I'm not really experienced with putting models into gmod and I might have forgot some parts but I hope this helped

Oh nice! I was considering trying to put a couple models in myself, but I realized that the hair textures are wonky, I guess they added transparent textures to Neo somehow, and those changes can't be read by the goldsrc tools we do have. Did you happen to rerig the whole model or convert from the goldsrc mdl to source?
