music is good, sound effects are mostly good too. Haven't worked on it in a while though, i was playing through sotn again to manually record sfx and it was getting super tedious to be honest. Maybe later in december when i get a bit more free time ill continue working on it again.

@Valenrose I have no idea what you mean about the mod being "safe to install" it's been fine since release.

Is the mod finished now? Is it safe to install?

Is this mod still being updated? Or are all the music files complete and it's just sound files?

@rogue_grank instead of just ticking the mod on in the menu, go to your folder than contains the mod can copy paste the folders into your barony directory. This will force overwrite the songs and sounds they are meant to replace, removing the original songs. This is probably the easiest fix.

Yeah Ill update the mod description to add a list of the songs. Also there's most likely some bug with the swamp because I have all songs replaced for it.

I appreciate the support from you guys. I'm still working on getting sound effects for the game, I'll take into consideration using Hail from the past because SOTN doesn't really have any Desert themed music.

This mod had me grinning from ear to ear start to finish, especially the pickup and menu sounds.


If this was a Castlevania music mod rather than just SOTN I'd suggest using Hail From The Past for the temple/desert area.

Overall good stuff! The new swing sound was jarring at first but quickly got used to it and had an awesome time

Lowkey can't play the game without this mod anymore
