@空と落の水母子 , I added "Laughter on Laser Eyes" feature. You can disable laughter by setting it to 0.

@空と落の水母子 , I added laughter when making this because some survivors have funny laughter (one of them is Louis) . Well, I think I can add a feature to disable laughter on the next update.

Can you add an option in the cfg file to disable laughter when using capabilities? This sounds too annoying. thank you.
