I'm not sure what this is supposed to be modeled after, at first I thought it was a Ukrainian Vepr-1 designed in 1993–1994, but the proportions and overall shape of the gas system doesn't align with a Vepr-1 as well as the stock, then I thought it was a Groza ots-14, but the same issue of the shape doesn't align.
I couldn't find a real firearm with that weird brown plastic looking piece slapped onto the receiver covering the rifle. I also thought this could be a IPI Malyuk which is also a ukrainian bullpup design 762x39 and 545x39 rifle, but it also doesn't seem to share the same proportions as the weapon with this model, maybe it's just a weird fictionalized bullpup kalashnikov style rifle similar to the Vepr-1, ots-14 and IPI Malyuk, if anyone could enlighten me on what this weird ass thing is supposed to be I would really appreciate it, but I don't think anyone can see through the weird call of duty design and seemingly unreal-fictional brown plastic accessory on this weapon.

A pity it had to be in that travesty of a game, but it's honestly super cool we're seeing these prototype guns show up in games more. Just sort of wish they put them in as standard so people would stop bitching about every game using the same weapons.
