I have the same issue. When feudalizing a county with the tribal assembly already built, the tribal assembly doesn't get removed and blocks the spot so you can't build anything there for the rest of the game. The only way to get around this is to delete the assembly via debug mode and then add a building instead.

Hello, I have a request.
I made a mod which change colors of the perk backgrounds. And some user ask me to make it compatible with yours. To do so I have to alter your added perks sprites and put them into my mod. Are you ok with that ?
(Possible this already works, but I'm not sure. Haven't tried it yet.)
But why isn't it ennobled within the ennobler's dynasty?
That is, why does it create a random dynasty?
