okay i think i see some mistake on the skins except for the 2 one, all the others have an american gear, the 2 one is the only with spetsnaz classic gorka and vest, i was wondering if this will have changes or will stay like that

Sadly I wont be able to, I just wanted to port some CSS models from GB over to here because I liked how they looked.

No. But Ill have to fix this since it also reskins the regular urban atm. When I do fix it I might include c_hands for it.
