Are you using the Beta branch of Reassembly? I've heard this tends to occur if you aren't.

idk whats happening but my ship's core just fades out of existence whenever i play, then i cant, no death message no respawning, no menu, just nothing. i have to alt f4 in order to get out of Reasembly

This mod is TERRIBLE. The frags are low effort, the block palette is uninspired, the shrouds are bland, and don't get me started on the ships! All of them are just different shapes and sizes of B R I C K, especially those Aelois ones! The apex of bad design!

You simply HAVE to see the ungodly awfulness of this mod for yourself, subscribe NOW

Okay, nevermind. Forget my last comment. It is not told in the description, but this mod requires the Reassembly beta to be active.

Is there also an actually playable version? The core block doesnt connect to any other parts in the build menu and self destroys after some time, softlocking the game and forcing a game restart.

I can't build a new ship. Main block just self destroying after few seconds without reasons in build menu.
