Out of curiosity, why not add these to vendors along with the blueprints? It's bad enough the spawn chance for this is evidently insanely low according to other comments.

Okay, I got it. After visiting 3 shops every day—2 of which restocked multiple times daily—and spending 13 in-game days, I finally got the blueprint. With only a 2% spawn chance (1 in 50), this feels like a huge waste of time. I’d suggest increasing it to at least 5%, like the other one.

@Phat Birb Did you find a blueprint? I’ve been trying for days and running between multiple shops, but I can’t find the Combat Oni blueprint for the life of me. Getting quite annoyed — not sure why someone thought a low percent chance was ever a good idea.

I have not downloaded this yet, but does this allow hair to flow freely under the hat or does it hide it like many other hats do?
Additionally, if I wanted to make this hat compatible with a race I am working on right now, would the setting to have hair show up be there still or would it make them bald again?

@DOG - If someone added "races" to the items & added like scorchlander, shek etc, then any custom race needs patched. If you just removed the "races" part of the item, then no races would need a patch.

The races that are already in FCS Race\Group are used by default.
Races created by users like JRPG are not in the list.
I can't imagine how a skeleton without a head or an animal like Garu could use it.

@DOG - Not really sure why a hat would be race locked by default? If so, then maybe the patch should just be removing the default race locks, then all races could equip it without a patch (even custom ones).

I'm wondering if there's no point in creating a mod for races or not?
