Jungles being different than 'normal' forests doesn't mean that literally nothing translates between them. You're selling wood elves short if you think that they would just fold in a jungle because most of them are 'used to' Athel Loren. There is a great tree (it's been a while since I played the game so I forgot what they're called...) in Lustria in this game which presumably isn't accurate to the lore, so gameplay-wise I think it makes perfect sense that their bonus to forest fighting applies to jungles. Anyway, great simple mod for those that feel similarly! ^^

Forest isn't exactly the same as jungle, it should be a seperate buff that is maybe 50% of the forest buff.

Good mod from a gameplay perspective, but lorewise, Wood Elves would be in no way whatsoever at ease in the jungles of Lustria, and they would just as easily get killed or paralyzed by the monsters that live within. The are in tune with Athel Loren and the magical temperate forests of the Old World. But Lustria is literally Green Hell, there's no forest spirits here, just a milion different things out there to kill you, from the smallest mosquitoes to dinosaurs.

Lizardmen should be the only race that should have a bonus when fighting in Lustria, be it in battles and/or on the campaign map, but unfortunately it's not the case (this would actually be a great mod).
But Wood Elves having an advantage over Lizardmen this way is very much blasphemy! :D
