The language left English for the red posters but you can translate them into your own language just translate the ITEM description in FCS
The original posters will be translated by the game and do not need to be touched.

This mod WANTED has two modes normal and the second mode indicates on the map the location of the wanted person.
Replaces the normal posters and adds red posters
Normal performs the function that before you go and look for yourself
The red ones will show the location on the map 1 time if you can't find someone THEY won't work if you've already been there or met the character who is wanted.
That mod you mentioned, you don't have to put it in. This mod will replace it.

YES there icons are freely available just from there and took the author of the respect !
I did state "from here" in the description or did you not read it?
The mod uses all the posters that are available in FCS but there are more icons so if someone new will be added. Posters in the game 31 icons in the mod 81+81
