I think for xdr to work without affecting also male zombies, you'd probably have to add a v-script that forces xdr to only affect the female ci, allowing them to play in your local server without having clients get shuffled animations.

However, Cuba has a mod that adds extra animations to zombies without xdr and it didn't mess up clients or non-hosted servers, so maybe if you got in touch with him he may help, but idk.

i Recommend To Make One With xDR because not only it fixes the issue but it will also allow some models replacement/RNG/etc to be compatible

Are you even sure that it's gonna work?
Because afaik XDR is changing the animations files, and female CIs uses male ones by default, so if i'm gonna replace male ones with female it will cause male CIs to walk, run and other stuff just like female.

what people have said, XDR would be nice. as other people also need this mod on your local server or else their animations get bugged and play random animations that shouldn't be playing

trying to play any game via quick match or an official dedicated server completely breaks the female zombie models to the point where you can easily be ambushed by them because they're almost entirely in the ground

The male animations were never in sync either due to how damage from Commons works in this game. Besides it's only noticeable if you let the Commons beat you up which players would never do.

@jUG_05 female l4d1 common attacking animations are completely out of sync with when you get hit from when you actually receive damage, it ruins the immersion to an extent and the visual feedback is so bad that it's just frustrating. I don't know if this mod includes it but, now you know.

Well, looks like Cuba's addon changes the male animations files.
Meanwhile this addon modifies L4D2 Female CIs to use the female animations instead of male ones.
I hope i understood your question correctly.

I would like to ask you about the animation in the mod in the link I shared and the animation in this mod you uploaded being different animations.
