None of these errors are caused by my mods, especially the zombies since I never made any replacements for them. This either looks like a severe mod conflict issue or corrupted game files.
You can try this:
1. Verify the game files, disable all mods and check if it's working, then start enabling them and look for unusual behaviour.
2. Unsubscribe and Resubscribe the mods (basically reinstalling them fresh)
3. Make sure that there are no conflicting mods or active multiple mods that replace the same thing.
Besides that, I cannot help
Please make sure that there are no mod conflicts.
You can alos try this:
1. Open the game.
2. Navigate to the "Extras" Tab. Then select the "Workshop".
3. Click on the "Subscribed" Tab. You should see all the mods that you have downloaded from the workshop.
4. Scroll until you find the mod you have problems with/is not working.
5. Make sure the mod is Enabled. You can check it by looking at the "Enabled" checkbox at the right side of the mod's name bracket.
6. Using the white arrows on the right side of the mod's name bracket, move the mod to the very top of the mod list/above the mod that you suspect was overwriting it. This will ensure that THIS mod overwrites all the other ones, that could've wanted to overwrite it instead.
7. Everything should work properly from now on. You can also use this method for any mods that you don't want to have overwritten.
You don't have to be sorry. It's a perfectly reasonable assumption, since both the Sechenov Building and The Warsaw Palace are build in a specific Stalinist Socialist-Realism architectural style, like the "Seven Sisters" in Moscow

Yes, the interior remains unchanged. It's just a model swap
Sure, go ahead. Just bear in mind that I had to optimize the model for it to work in the game, so parts of it not seen by the player are transparent/missing a mesh.
Well, if You mean using it yourself with other PRL '81 items then I see no problem with it. Here is a link to the mod by Taras_F97: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3391674788
Sorry if I didn't understand correctly, but do you mean the CZ-75 Pistol?
