"Archon in Black" with Ancient Mech Helmet but no armor by "Archotech power armor" is it a mod conflic? or am i missing mod?

Yes, that's basically the best way to use it.

does it work with vanilla tribal expanded and the progression system added there? ie you get different men/women in black at different stages of the game?

@Pych That just means you're good at keeping your colonists alive. He/she only shows up when all of your colonists are dead or dying imminently, as a means for you to try to save them one last time.
