Maybe for now you could make them all craftable at the Loom for 10-30 silk per piece? This could be something that the player needs to toggle on in the config, and the option to enable it could remain even after you've added a proper means of acquiring the sets.

maybe make the monsoon hardmode and seekers moonlord
even if the lunarian sets would make sense for moonlord
the other way around might make more sense

@Sans with Pancreatic Cancer He's next on my list with Mercenary! Shimmer idea is quite fun; I'll make so you get the monsoon skins via shimmer after or before Moon Lord. I thought of making the Seeker of the Storm skins too.

a suggestion, make this work with Risk of Slime Rain (i think thats the one that adds spawning ror chests to the world) and make it spawn in those :)
