I have a lot of mods installed, but i get a fishing loot table server crash (client doesn't crash)
I have disabled every mod one by one, however ive had the game afk for 2h since disabling your mod, and ive had no crashes. While this could just be luck, I usually crash in 1-15 mins.

I'm not really planning on adding anything more to the mod, just things that tidy up the progression and fill the biomes. I'll probably add post 1.0 content though. I don't wanna give anyone the idea that this is gonna be the biggest thing, everything you see in the mod is the same as 1.0 aside from a few additions. I'm glad you've been liking it so far though.

Also, another update on where I am with spriting. I've currently gotten every trinket sprited and another weapon sprited as well. I am sorry that this is taking a long time to do, I'm only one person and spriting takes time. Please bare with how the mod is in it's current state. I promise I'll make Deathrite 1.0 the best it can be. I'll also make a 0.9 version so you all can play the mod and I can fix the bugs before I release 1.0.

Sorry I'm late to this. It should work with Necesse Expanded and Aphorea since as far as I'm aware no items or anything overlap with each other.

Update on the progress of Deathrite. I've gotten every arrowhead sprited and some weapons sprited as well. I'll only release them when I'm done with everything, in a big Deathrite 1.0 update.

I'm gonna be doing a overhaul to the mod in the next coming weeks. I'll add more stuff to the biomes, but right now it's not really a priority. I'm more focused on getting new content in and refining it after I add everything I want. This update was more focused on fixing progression.

oh right and the music itself is fine but it feels a bit uneasy. not sure how to say it. like, it makes you feel a bit on edge the whole time which discourages building a base there. it feels like a boss music instead of environmental if that makes sense

Hey, i just tested out your mod and im not sure if im missing something but one of the surface biomes is just plain empty? like, its only white tiles and nothing on it? i guess its supposed to be the cloud biome but at least having something like "grass patch clouds" on it would do a lot for aesthetic. right now it feels a bit bad to have huge chunks of the map just be empty...
i went underground for a bit and there as well i found no ores and no enemies. not sure if thats just my luck or if its supposed to be like that.

the other biome seems to be fine, even though a bit more visual variation might be nice, as in flowers, grass, etc.

and you mention 105 items added but it would be nice if you could clarify this a bit. i guess what most would want to know is how many of those are weapons / armor / tools and maybe having a screenshot of a few would be nice.

Brand new update is here, the sky ladder and wormhole are no longer in the game and the sky is now a biome

Hello everyone. Just a warning about the mod, it is currently working in 1.0 but there are still some things that don't work. The things that currently don't work are, Sky ladder and wormhole (Progression for Xaeron and Starite are locked), Aether map (removed because of the changes), and the Upgrading from Fallen workstation/anvil to the Aethium workstation/anvil. Another thing that might not be working is the Pickaxes, I heard they changed the tool tiers of them.

I did not, for some reason it works when I run Necesse on Intellij but it doesn't when I run it through Steam

It's probably because my mod doesn't have vinyls, I'll go and figure out how to get them in.

The below error occurs when an exotic merchant spawns apparently. I believe it has something to do with music vinyls? I only found this out from reading about several people having a similar error with the Vulpes Nova mod in the past.

After removing this mod from my modlist, exotic merchants spawned in perfectly fine and I had no more crashes, even in old saves where the merchants previously failed to spawn and caused crashes. I hope this helps!

Deathrite isn't a direct port, I had to resize/remake a lot of the sprites and it got really overwhelming to remake and make new sprites for weapons that are naturally in Necesse. It's why some stuff is in the game but don't have sprites, it's easier to code weapons in than it is to make sprites for them.

Interesting. I thought it'd be hard to port it over to Necesse as all the assets need to be adjusted for a different camera perspective but it seems to work just fine. It's sad that you may have lost motivation to work on it, but it's understandable. I hope this was at least a fun and interesting thing to do, to port the mod from one game to an entirely different game. For what it was worth, it was pretty cool to see. :steamthumbsup:
