Volkmar has always been presented as an old man in every depiction of Warhammer except Total War Warhammer 1. Even before End Times.

could this mod be split into two? I believe volkmar not being old in vanilla is mainly due to wh1 being set about... 20 years before end times according to the marketing at the time? I'd love to keep your boris model tho because ca taking away his beard is a sin, thanks in advance.:ranald:

To fix the issue with the Heraldry mod, a merge of both our modifs must be made, it's doable, but I need his authorization first. I'll see what I can do but I can't promess anything unfortunately

1) Did you try to put this mod before Heraldry mod ?

2) If you search some heraldry for the empire, you should take a look to RedMagueule Empire compilation too

yeah, a new update for the heraldry mod dropped and it modifies his model outside of the shield now, definitely needs a submod now

I don't want to use the Heraldry mod, hopefully you will add the shield here too but even if you don't, I love this mod anyways.

Moving the mod above the Heraldry mod fixes Boris's beard but looks like he loses his Heraldry shield? Someone might need to make a compatch 😔

fyi this mod is, in fact, compatible with wh1 texture update project AND uniforms and heraldry of the empire mods, so you can use the latter to give toddy his proper shield

Boris finally gets the beard he deserves. I know there has been a mod around who did this before but it's a very old one that no longer works.
