These ones deliver mail, larger vehicles serve as sorting to office vehicles and import/export

Just curious, are these post van that drive around city to delivery mails, OR are they post truck that only serve as deliver mails from post offices to mail sorting facility / export n' import to and from the outside connection? I'm trying to get rip of the vanilla blue Post Truck for a while but with no alternative (unless I haven't found one yet)

They are? That's the part in the description where it says "these are all post industry vehicles"
