I do like to comment on the Aakhet War Academy, which is perhaps a tad strong with the 'press button for war wizard'
On top of that it deviates from most monument (That check state religion) and only checks province religion.
So if you just make sure you never convert the province, anyone can own it.
It seems to be in line with what the anbennar devs want as well since you get to keep the spire's effects for yourself even when the colony owns it.
from the name and the art it looks like it should be in the capital of it's owner back in ragamidesh on the other side,
but that is a pain in the butt
Also I totally agree, it's very important that you market this as an Anbennar submod.
Tried a new game with only this mod and the Anbennar mod. Doens't make any diffirence.
Sad cuz your projects seem like a nice addition.
