And I'm pretty sure there's only one jumpscare, it's just used three times in one location. I usually avoid sound-based scares but the scratch jumpscare from alan wake 2 was something that fit in pretty well with the Oceanview motel and the writer's room attached to it
I do like adding in slightly unnerving things to maps though, feels very nostalgic to the gmod maps I played when I was a kid 😁
The screamers are located in different parts of the map and require some actions to activate them.
P.S. to the author of the map:
You freak, you lied to me about the screamers, why the hell did you put them here? I hope you burn in hell.
I was trying super hard to try and bury the lede just a little bit, make it seem like a big grand adventure as you find more and more places as you get further from the start. I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
