Its not working right for me either. I tried with just this mod, mixu and mct to see if there was some weird mod conflict but it still doesn't quite work. The capital is replaced fine but when you hover over a free slot you can only build the landmark. If you go to the buildings tab all the buildings you should be able to build show up but they are all grayed out and say theres no available slots even when you have a spare slot.

Thanks Rince :WH3_clasp: ChaosRobie said that he will look into unlocking slots in IEE, so this mod might also one day work with both IE and IEE :steamthumbsup:

Cool idea! It always seemed odd to me that this huge province had no build slots
