@Elkstone the joke is that the review complains about a feature *that doesnt exist*. the only way hunger can negatively impact you is if you *choose* to take the Eat Your Vegetables perk from a Holy Mountain, you can easily choose to just take another perk- usually its not even there since its simply one perk among 102 alternatives that can appear as the 3 options when you enter a Holy Mountain
idk if you're the reviewer like everyone is saying you are, but its a bad review that complains about something that simply doesnt exist, Kotaro just felt like making a mod to poke fun at it and have a laugh with everyone, you sound like your crying more
