Yeh I will resub actually if that's the case. Maybe add in the mod description a little more what the mod does or adds so some people like me don't get confused or think this mod is redundant. Iv used it since you brought it out so thank you again.

Yeah, after update you can craft milk for baby animal but for it, you must find milk powder ) You can't use any milk from cow or sheep for craft new milk for baby animal. And... You will also have to feed the baby animals manually, as they will not eat the new milk from the feeding bottle if you put it in the feeder. Either way, it is up to you to decide whether to use the mod or not. I will continue to use it.

You can't tame deer. Even if you catch to trap-fence a fawn, the fawn may disappear when you get far away from that place. What's the point of doing that?

it state the animals is underfed and looking for its mother and the option to feed is not given, even after making a new batch. i believe they do not eat regular food until the second stage of juvenile when they are "weaned"

Does the juvenile age of animals require mother's milk? Animals in juvenile age do not eat ordinary food?

Just one question for B42 Vanilla (without this Mod): Do the Chicks of Chicken dont grow if there is no adult chicken with them? I feel like i waited so long now that they grow up, but nothing happens either they are fed well and are not thirsty.... maybe someone has a clue how long chickens need to grow up... Thanks

PinkFate, Now the game does not accept the amount of fluid to create a recipe less than one liter for one item. To create several servings of food, a container with milk, must contain milk at the rate of 1 liter per portion. If you have a smaller liter, use the context menu to create food.

Bug - cant craft the feed at exactly 0.5L of cows milk in a carton.

Samgull, I think so. But you can always make a backup of the save if something goes wrong.

I decide to rescue all the bunnies starting w the kit. Since I can only hold 1 at a time, and can't figure out how to hook up the trailer... anyway only 1 of the other bunnies was female. Put 'em all in a yard, made a zone, poor lil bunny still can't find mama, so I assume there is no mama left. I am sad but glad this mod exists. Installed! Next day, after I made some baby bunny food, lil bun decided it had found mama and is happy! Guess that must have been mom after all. Family reunited!

I found a wrecked SUV+trailer. While checking it out, noticed a hare nearby, it wasn't running away and the game lets you try to grab 'em, so I tried... darn thing's tame! Turns out the trailer is full of rabbits. Nice bunny, I let him down, he hangs out. I notice a baby bunny kit lolling about, it's stressed can't find her mama.

I think my confusion comes from the second part of the explanation of what the mod does.
It says that animals can only eat the corrosponding food from there respective mothers, so pigs and rabbits not being able to eat that might have made me think that thats the problem with the mod.

I might have misread the actual text so if thats the case then thats a big mistake on my side, and im sorry if i made a confusing mess out of somthing that shouldn't be :D

Blastmetal, small piglets without this modification will not eat anything except for their mother's milk, so this mod is prompted to create portions of milk for them to feed them. I don't understand why you say it doesn't work with piglets.
