No problem, I have figured out the cause today, MIXER somehow got broken on my end, but good ol' unsub/sub and all seems to be back in order.
Morale of the story: don't forget to check dependencies, submods, compatibility, etc.

Sorry for the late reply but i got the notification about comment just now as steam was for some reason processing your comment since you posted

i didnt change anything with the last update, try to literally delete the mod from the workshop folder then unsub and confirm that its not on your PC anymore. than resub and continue campaign.

I believe that something in last mod update made game crash upon entry into it's domain
Without thy mod - saves are impenetrable akin to dwarven holds
A have applied the ritual of unsub/sub to no avail

There is no such mod as OvN Moot yet and this mod has nothing to do with it. If OvN decide to release the faction mod Halflings - this mod will not be compatbile as it contains scripted province setup for Stirland, but i saw they used to host a major province submod back in warhammer 2 that will replace this mod (if they decide to also release it for wh3) This mod is for vanilla, not Halfling
