Hmm. i'm not too sure about this since I haven't ran into this issue myself, but try disabling addons that might mess with the C-Hands. Does this happen with the vanilla hl2 weapons too, or only addon weapons?

The first person arms glitch like crazy when I use any weapon other than the phys gun. Are there any common incompatibilities I may be running into?
